These terms are an agreement between you and Invity ("we", "us") covering your use of the Invity app and website. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Invity lets you keep a library of links and share links or photos with another phone by tapping them together over NFC. The app runs on your device; we do not operate an account server at this time.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, in line with these terms and Google Play's terms.
You may create a local account to protect your library. You are responsible for the credentials you choose and for anyone who uses your phone with them. Data in a local account is stored on your device only; if you lose the device or uninstall the app, we cannot recover it.
You agree not to use Invity to:
Links you save, preview or receive lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. The app fetches a site's title and icon when you save a link; that request is made to the site itself.
The app, its design, name and artwork belong to Invity and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no right to use our name or branding.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. NFC sharing depends on hardware and settings on both phones, and we cannot guarantee it will work with every device.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including anything you or others share with it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is currently nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 7, 9 and 10) continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there, unless the mandatory consumer laws of your country provide otherwise.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at invity.bugbug.in/terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
