The short version. Invity stores your saved links on your own phone. Sharing happens directly between two phones over NFC. We do not run ads, analytics or tracking, and we do not sell data. The only things that leave your device are what you deliberately share with a tap, and requests to the websites whose links you save or preview.

Uninstalling the app deletes the local database. Photos already saved to your gallery stay there until you delete them.
When you start sharing, your phone behaves like an NFC tag. Any phone brought within a few centimetres can read the link, photo or contact card you chose to share for as long as sharing is switched on. You are in control of what is shared and when; stop sharing to end it. Content is delivered straight to the other phone and does not pass through our servers.
You can also show a QR code for a link or your contact card. Anyone who scans it receives that content. Scanning a code with Invity uses the camera only while the Scan screen is open; frames are processed on the device and never stored or uploaded.
When you receive a contact card, Invity opens your contacts app with the details filled in. Nothing is added to your contacts unless you confirm there.

The app does not request your location, contacts, microphone or advertising ID.
Passwords are hashed before they are stored. NFC works only at very short range, and sharing stops automatically when the app leaves the foreground. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so keep your phone locked and share only with people you trust.
Invity is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
